This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the Store, as well as the responsibilities arising from the use of its content (where "content" includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, drawings, designs, code, software, photographs, images, expressions, information, and any other works protected by intellectual and industrial property laws).

Unless otherwise stated, all content available in the Store, including the shoe designs, is the exclusive property of ANDREAS or of third parties who have granted the necessary authorization, and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of this Legal Notice shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
