1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter, the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship under which the user purchases the products offered through the online store of ANDREAS BCN 8, S.L. (hereinafter, "ANDREAS"), available at http://www.andreasbcn.com (hereinafter, the "Store").

These Terms apply exclusively to individual consumers (non-business customers) and have been drafted in accordance with applicable legislation.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

Browsing, accessing, and purchasing products through the Store constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

The sale of products is subject to your acceptance of these Terms.

4. Legal Capacity

The products and services offered through the Store are intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

5. User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

5.1. Comply with these Terms, applicable law, the principles of good faith, and any instructions relating to the use of the products.

5.2. Review the characteristics, price, and applicable taxes of each product before completing a purchase.

5.3. Accept these Terms by submitting the purchase order.

5.4. Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

5.5. Ensure that the delivery address provided is valid and accurate.

5.6. Use the products solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.7. Assume responsibility for the use of the purchased products and hold ANDREAS harmless from any damage or loss arising from improper use.

6. Changes to the Terms

ANDREAS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The version in force will always be available on the Store for consultation and printing.

7. Products and Prices

7.1. Product descriptions, features, and images will be displayed on the Store.

7.2. All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes, except in the case of typographical errors.

7.3. Shipping costs are €8, except for orders over €50, which qualify for free shipping.

7.4. Collection from our physical store is available free of charge.

7.5. Promotional offers will be clearly indicated and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

7.6. Prices apply exclusively to purchases made through the online Store.

7.7. ANDREAS shall not be obliged to supply any product offered at an obviously incorrect price due to a manifest error.

7.8. Prices may change at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

8. Placing an Order

8.1. The user must complete the corresponding online order form.

8.2. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

8.3. A confirmation email will be sent after the order has been placed. This confirmation does not constitute a tax invoice.

8.4. The user may request changes to the order within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email.

8.5. ANDREAS reserves the right to suspend or cancel customer accounts with outstanding debts.

9. Payment and Formation of the Contract

9.1. Payment must be made by credit or debit card.

9.2. Customers will be required to provide their card number, expiry date, CVV security code, and any other information necessary to process the payment.

9.3. If payment authorization is declined by the issuing bank, the order will not be processed.

9.4. Payment is charged at the time the order is confirmed.

9.5. The sales contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent to the customer.

9.6. The contract consists of these Terms, the completed order form, and the information published in the Store at the time of purchase.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any purchase agreements concluded through the Store shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
