Where can I try your products?
We have two physical stores in Barcelona:

How do I know what size I need?
- Stand on a sheet of paper, with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the end of the heel and the tip of the longest toe.
- Measure the distance between both marks.
Compare to a size chart.
Size 36 → 24 cm
Size 37 → 24.5 cm
Size 38 → 25 cm
Size 39 → 25.5 cm
Size 40 → 26 cm
Size 41 → 27 cm

Can I exchange or return an order?
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return it.
You can do so in a physical store with the receipt or by sending an email to info@andreasbcn.com and returning the product at your own expense, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
Once we receive the product and verify that it's in good condition, we'll refund the full amount (return shipping costs are your responsibility).
What happens if the product I want is not available?
If there's no stock, you can leave your email address directly on the product page.
We'll let you know as soon as I'm back, before we tell anyone else.
